KDE Gear projects with failing CI (master + stable) (29 October 2025)

Please work on fixing them, otherwise i will remove the failing CI jobs on 
their 4th failing week, it is very important that CI is passing for multiple 
reasons.

Very bad news: kontact Craft Windows job had to be removed

Good news: 4 repo fixed

Bad news: 3 repo started failing, 3 repo still failing
