KDE Gear projects with failing CI (master + stable) (4 November 2025)

Please work on fixing them, otherwise i will remove the failing CI jobs on 
their 4th failing week, it is very important that CI is passing for multiple 
reasons.

Very bad news: cantor test had to be disabled after 4 weeks failing

Very bad news: I was going to disable dolphin stable test, but we're not going 
to release 25.08 anymore so didn't bother

Good news: 2 repo fixed

Bad news: 2 repo started failing, 1 repo still failing
