Let's get some KDE talks in FOSDEM!

FOSDEM is one of the biggest FOSS conferences https://fosdem.org/2026/ so it's 
a good place to show what we're working on :)

The devrooms have been announced

and most of the call for papers are open (and will close "soon").

There's quite a few devrooms that probably we can send talks to. 

Please do, it's not only important to do great stuff, we need the world to 
know we do great stuff ;)
