Looks to be an out of date pipeline, i've re-run the entire pipeline at
https://invent.kde.org/multimedia/elisa/-/pipelines/1097444 which has
passed.

There is still some fallout from the Frameworks 6.20 update to Craft
working it's way through the system.
I've done a rebuild of master and that has now progressed through to
building Kdenlive itself.

In the long term, Kdenlive as one of the last remaining users of MIngW
really needs to move off MingW.

No idea here, kdepim-addons itself compiles so the only thing I can guess
is that Craft was unlucky and has hit ABI / API incompatibility in PIM.
I'd re-run it, but that job is super expensive...
