Fixed by https://invent.kde.org/libraries/kosmindoormap/-/merge_requests/56. 
Had missed this one when fixing similar issues in other repos recently.

The underlying cause is protobuf having been added to the Android image for 
Kaidan recently, unfortunately without considering cross-compilation and just 
building the host tools for the target.

Fortunately the protobuf use here isn't needed for our Android apps, so just 
more explicitly disabling it is good enough for now.
