Compiz 3D Rotating Cube workspace effect for Kwin6 request

Hello,

I have seen the current "Desktop Cube" effect in KDE/Plasma 6/Wayland and
it is nothing like the original Compiz compositor effect for X11.

The effect I would love to see recreated for Kwin6 is:

Is this the right mailing list to request if any Kwin6 effects authors have
the time and interest for this project?
