The direct cause for this is carelessness on behalf of the Dolphin 
developers, bumping the minimum Frameworks version while ignoring their 
own CI.

There is something to be said about the Flatpak runtime still being at 
Frameworks 6.22. I see that it is in the process of updating though.

This looks like an incompatibilty between the versions of ktorrent and 
libktorrent?
