Temporary issue during the move of KMime to Frameworks, emphasized by the 
Flatpak runtime not having 6.25 yet. Probably should get the same workaround 
that has been applied in a number of other places, e.g.:

Reverting the phonon part of that should help.

Test apparently started failing after an image change between Apr 28 and Apr 
30, unclear what might cause this. These tests are skipped on FreeBSD now.

Same underlying cause as the KCoreAddons test failure: The recent Windows CI 
image rebuild seems to have change the locale away from en_US. Tests not 
properly forcing a locale started failing due to that.
