Because the artifacts are gone. It has been 6 days since the APK build 
job was run. I will re-run this and it should be fine.

Please don't remove these as work is underway to fix this. The work to 
remove and then re-add likely outweighs just waiting until Ben has a 
moment to sort out the certificate.
