Request to Continue Persian (fa) Translation

Hello KDE Localization Team,

I noticed that the Persian (fa) translation team is no longer active after
contacing the email listed on site and not getting answer for more than a
month  it seems that the previous maintainers have stopped maintaining it.
I would like to continue the Persian translations and help keep them
updated.

Could you please let me know the process for:

   -

   Gaining access to the Persian (fa) translation files,
   -

   Coordinating with the KDE l10n infrastructure (Scripty, SVN/Git
   repositories, mailing lists, etc.),
   -

   process of testing the translations especially the desktop
   files(desktop_,po files).
   -

   Any requirements or expectations for maintaining the team.
