String freeze exemption for KRDP

There was a commit in krdp that that incorrectly changed a string
"Usernames" to "Additional Users". That's now been reverted.

In 31 of the 37 translations the translation is still there in the
deleted section.

It needs retranslating in:

./sk/kcm_krdpserver.po
./zh_CN/kcm_krdpserver.po
./pa/kcm_krdpserver.po
./nn/kcm_krdpserver.po
./es/kcm_krdpserver.po
./cs/kcm_krdpserver.po

Is cherry-picking to 6.5 allowed/feasible. It's a relatively minor
thing, but it is a bug.
