I have removed it now. I've also enabled rolistream-org to be on the nightly internationalization script run. If all goes well tomorrow there should be templates in https://websvn.kde.org/trunk/l10n-kf5/templates/messages/ And after that if there are translations added they should be commited also nightly to the rolistream-org repository.
