Automatic file.pot to lng/file.po downloader script

Hi all,

Does anyone have a script that downloads all .pot files and places them in
the correct folder for a specific language? If there is no existing .po of
course.This would be very helpful for my current workflow.

Additionally, I am curious why these .pot files aren't automatically saved
as .po files for existing languages on the server.

If anyone has a script they could share, I would greatly appreciate it.
