Hi, the migration was done on Nov 17th: https://mail.kde.org/pipermail/kde-i18n-doc/2025-November/003042.html. There are some info for summit users in the mail. I don't know which scripts/commands you use but they probably need to be updated. There is no need to be able to commit on toplevel folders.
