String freeze exception for krita/6.0 stable branch

Dear translators,

We have made an exception for the string freeze in the stable branch to add
a few new strings in the settings dialog:

This change adds a switch to the Preferences->Display dialog that allows
switching between EGL and GLX backends. It is a combo box with two values.
If some of the backends is active, it is written "(current)" after its name.

I'm sorry for this late exception, but it might be necessary for
Linux-distribution Krita users who use Qt6.
