I fixed the issue, it was PEBKAC and the cause was me. I only merged P=C3=A9ter's new translations in= to the existing files, replacing the untranslated and fuzzy messages, but the translated messages were not swapped. We talked in private too, I support his account request in case I'm not available for committing.
