Requesting string freeze exception for kwin MR 9213

Hello translators,

I'd like to request a Plasma 6.7 string freeze exception for
https://invent.kde.org/plasma/kwin/-/merge_requests/9213. I feel that
this is important to get into the next release because the text without
the MR doesn't agree with the KDE HIG. The feature itself was added at
the last minute, and I didn't see it until after the freeze! Nate Graham
suggested I request this freeze exception.
