[zh-CN] I can't tell the functionality of save buttons in Skanpage

The Simplified Chinese translation of Skanpage translates "Save All"
as 全部保存 (lit. All Save), and "Save All As" as 保存全部 (Save All).
It is completely impossible to tell which button does what without
clicking; any Chinese speaker will consider these two as having the
exact same meaning.

The last archived message for kde-china dates to 2023, indicating that
the mailing list is either inactive, or the mailing list or archival
process is broken somehow. As such, I am posting this here.

全部保存 for Save All and 全部另存为 for Save All As is more conventional,
and would make it infinite times easier to determine the functionality
of the two buttons.
