Hi, I'd like to help translating KDE to Portuguese (PT-PT), I sent an 
email to the respective team a week ago asking for details on what to do 
but didn't get a reply,

it seems the main translator is no longer active hence why more and more 
UI elements in KDE are showing up as English.
