The nan_TW@latin stats page is broken

(I'm sending this on-list since I think this may be useful for future ref=
erence)

Having newly gotten the nan_TW / nan_TW@latin team created, I'm now gradu=
ally working on translating it (while also trying to find others to join =
in on the effort).

However, the stats page for nan_TW@latin[1] is broken, saying the team do=
esn't exist, even though the team info page does exist[2].

From checking the websites/l10n-kde-org source code this discrepancy is b=
ecause nan_TW@latin is in the "teaminfo" table (used by team-infos.php, t=
hrough get_teamnames()) but not the "teams" table (used by the stats page=
s, through get_teams()).

The stats being unavailable for nan_TW@latin is quite inconvenient. It wo=
uld be nice if this could be fixed.

(As for nan_TW, it has no issues.)
