String freeze exception for Krita 5.3/6.0 branch

Hello translators,

there's some additions to Krita's stable branch (called krita/6.0, but it a=
lso serves 5.3 releases simultaneously) and manual for the Android platform=
. One is to get the "donation" stuff back into the application in a way tha=
t complies with Google's requirements and the other is to give the user a w=
ay to change the interface scale to make the application work on more devic=
es without users having to change the settings of the entire operating syst=
em.
