If they are going to be ready soon (by the end of the month), I would
suggest to send all of them once they are finished. If not, send the 3
files now, Albert will check when he will have time.
For SVN access, please open a sysadmin ticket:
https://go.kde.org/systickets, ideally after gettng the review from
Albert so he can vouch for your access.

If I'm not wrong (but please shout if I am, I'm not really following
it), it seems ksirk was released today, so even if we add the
translation now, it is too late for the release in progress?
