A Silly One

Hi all,

Just a small error I noticed (although it does not seem to affect kate) the 
syntax.template file has a mistake in the top of the file, It has :
<!DOCTYPE language>

Instead of the:
<!DOCTYPE language SYSTEM "language.dtd">

that all the other files I have looked in have, I only found it when I turned 
on XML(Debug) highlighiting and most of my document turned blue lol as I took 
the template as my base :o)

Not sure as I say if it affects kate in anyway, but I thought I would mention 
it, if the template is valid maybe we should get the debug highlighter to 
ignor it ?
