Bug#45749: Automatically added linebreaks makes invalid XML-File

If you open an XML-file in kate without linebreaks and spaces between tags (like OpenOffice-XML-Files), linebreaks get added every ~16'000th character. Those linebreaks are often added within an XML-tag, rendering the XML-File unparsable. The highlighting-function naturally stops working correctly too. If kate needs a maximum line length (does it?), it should break lines where it doesn't hurt the integrity of the file. At least for files where kate supports syntax-highlighting.
