Some outstanding bugs for 3.1

Hi 
 
Some problems Metz (Stefan Gehn) told me today on irc: 
 
1) the icon border doesn't honour view colour settings 
2) Colour changes in the highlighting prefrerences are not saved 
3) On slower computers the current line flickers while moving the cursor or 
when creating a selection. Could that be a problem of the highlighting for 
the current line ?
