Bug#45779: Current line marker background isnt removed at end of file.

I'm using kdelibs and kdebase from 7/21.  I haven't noticed the problem since 
I filed the bug report, but I'm still using the same version when the bug 
occured.  If it happens again I'll take a screenshot so it can be seen 
exactly what I mean.  Where should I send that screenshot to?
