Btw, Kate rocks! Anyway, it randomly will stop accepting input in the terminal emulator. Closing the terminal window and bringing it back does not solve the problem. It does appear to be completely random, but it happens to me about once a day (I use Kate a lot).

Shutting down Kate and loading it back up fixes it.
