You are allways wellcome with feature requests, suggestions etc. One nice 
thing is the kde bug system, which allows you to serach for existing whishes 
as well as bugs. http://bugs.kde.org

There is allready a plugin doing that in CVS, so you will get that with kde 
3.1, soon to come. It allows to save/load lists, allthough it closes the 
current list when loading a new one.

The plans for project management also includes associated commands/plugins to 
ease creation, editing and management of all idfferent kinds of projects.
