Highlighting in the 3.1 release

Hi

I added a new highlighting description, which still uses the old way of 
defining context switches. :(

That reminds me, that there is a need that we look over all highlighting 
description files and port them to the less memory consuming, (faster,), 
easier to read new way.
1) named contexts
2) #push
3) #pop

Does someone have time to help me looking over all existing files and 
fixing/porting them ?
