Package:           kate
Version:           CVS 2002-07-21 (using KDE 3.0.6 CVS/CVSup/Snapshot)
Severity:          normal
Installed from:    Compiled sources
Compiler:          g++ 3.1.1
OS:                Linux
OS/Compiler notes: Not Specified

Turn on the icon border. Then add a book mark on a line. If you add and remove the bookmark a couple of times in the same spot, it will leave an artifact behind after the bookmark is removed.

This will always happen when there are at least two consecutive bookmarks and the bookmarks are deleted in a bottom up order.

The artifacts are removed if you scroll up or down past that point in the file -- just as long as that point is off the screen.
