Hi,

i ould like to have an autosave feature in kate, as i just lost the work of some hours, becaus i forgot to save by myself and i was working on a remote computer
and accidently killed the whole Xnest window instead of the remote hanging kspread window :(

perhaps you want to look at the koffice sources, as they already have this functionality.

of course i don´t demand this feature, as it was my own fault, but it would be cool, if somebody has some spare time, thanks, Holger
