Bug#47376: "Validate XML" doesn't show the plugin

If I validate the current file with tools->validate xml I'd expect the plugin dockwidget to appear if it's not there yet.

I tried to add that to the code with dockBack() and makeDockVisible(), but it doesn't work: if no plugin dock is visible, it will pop up floating around, and I (the user) don't know how to attach it to kate again.
