Package: kate Version: 2.0 (using KDE 3.0.3 ) Severity: normal Installed from: Mandrake Linux Cooker i586 - Cooker Compiler: gcc version 3.2 (Mandrake Linux 9.0 3.2-1mdk) OS: Linux (i686) release 2.4.19-9mdk OS/Compiler notes: I have text files that contains end of line characters (ASCII 0). When encountering this character, Kate hides the remaining of the line up to the \n It is an unwanted feature for me. Binary characters should be displayed specialy but not interfere with later characters.
