Kate will wipe out the screen, if the mouse wheel is turned on the document, which does not enable scrollbars (like 3 or 4 lines of text...)

Looks like this effects katepart, because Quanta reacts the same way...

Test: Write few lines of code, and make sure, that no scrollbar is enabled and turn the wheel over the document... It wanishes
