            Status: UNCONFIRMED
          Severity: normal
          Priority: NOR
         Component: general

Version: (using KDE KDE 3.0.3)
Installed from: Gentoo Packages
Compiler: gcc 2.95.3 20010315 (release)

Reproduction:
1. Create or open a file with umlauts or accents.
