[Bug 40582] Kate's file list should show paths if kate title does.

I think not. The file list has a tooltip displaying the full URL of the document. Since the file list is designed to be in the left side of the window, having the full URLS in it would hide the actual filename unless you assign it a lot of space, rendering it completely unusable.
