Please commit everything you have, if it doesn't break. I see adding to dcop 
interfaces rather as bugfixing than as new features.

If you want to add to the Kate App Interfaces, It's even easier. 
1) We have already broken BC. 
2) We wanted to move it to another module to make BIC changes and other 
things, but some core-devs thought we should keep it still there.
