Bug#45647: default keyboard shortcut for toggling linenumbers isn't the one given in the manual

According to the Kate Manual the default shortcut for toggling on/off linenumbers is F11 (Chapter 7 about the view menu). In Kate the default is F9.

Note: Since konqueror text view, and kwrite both use F11 to togle linenumbers using F11 would be more consistent.
