Hi,

here now is the revised patch for KBabelMailer. It changes/patches these 
issues:

1) Files in compressed mail attachments are stored relatively to the PO base 
dir if appropriate. Exceptions: The variable "PoBaseDir" is not set in the 
config file or the file does not reside in a subdirectory of the PO base dir. 
In these cases the files are stored without any path.

2) After the config file changes in CatalogManagerView KBabelMailer is now 
also aware of the current project file. Since KBabelMailer is used by both 
KBabel and Catalog Manager I put all the config settings in kbabelrc instead 
of KGlobal::config( )
