KBabel maintainer for KDE 3.5

Hi all!

I'd like to thank Nicolas Goutte to become the maintainer of KBabel for KDE 
3.5.  Right now, I'm time-constrained so I cannot fulfill my role as a 
maintainer and Nicolas already did a lot of for KBabel in KDE 3.5, especially 
the Subversion support.

The question of KBabel maintainer for KDE 4 is still open, though.
