problem in kbabel/validation

hi

i have a problem about ""check a translated messsage with a set of 
regular expression"" option of validation menu.
my language is persion.

i copied regexplist.xml to   "/.kde/share/apps/kbabel/".
i add the <name> and <exp> in persion to this file, but by modify of 
this file, no change ocuured.

my question is:
1. what is the <name> and <exp> in the file of "regexplist.xml "?
2. what do this options?
