I'd say the documentation popup is there but doesn't show everything. Maybe it's kept shorter to make space for the warning, I actually I think it does also happen when there's no warning.

I'll download the latest apimmage build to use a standard/official build and see if I can come up with a more exhaustive description of what works and what doesn't.
