Hi!

The Windows version of KDevelop is not actively maintained. Only a month ago 
nightly Windows binaries became available. If you want to test KDevelop on 
Windows, download from the link posted at 
https://invent.kde.org/kdevelop/kdevelop/-/issues/41#note_1106433 and report 
your experience in a comment to that GitLab issue. One issue with icons and 
styles on Windows is known and being addressed at 
https://invent.kde.org/kdevelop/kdevelop/-/merge_requests/720
