Folder with emblem and preview

SUMMARY
When preview is activated, folder with emblems appear smaller than other
folders. 
This does not happen if the preview is not active. In both cases, the emblems
are much larger than in the past.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Install something that created emblems in Dolphin view, eg Nextcloud
2. Open the parent folder of the Nextcloud folder
3. Activate folder preview


OBSERVED RESULT
When preview is activated, folder with emblems appear smaller than other
folders. 
This does not happen if the preview is not active. In both cases, the emblems
are much larger than in the past.


EXPECTED RESULT
Emblems should be smaller and folders with emblems the same size as those
without
