[dolphin] [Bug 499778] Hovering over SOME items in dolphin causes a wayland window to appear over the dolphin window that previews the image (Wayland).

I have both a steamdeck (running linux-neptune kernel) and a dell laptop
(running a conventional archlinux setup) and I have issues with both when using
wayland. I added an attachement that shoes that I do in fact have "show item on
hover". Although disabling that doesn't do anything. I don't believe I have any
third party plugins, at least for dolphin (I have downloaded a one or two
widgets for making my panels transparent, not sure if that has any interactions
with dolphin...)
