SUMMARY
KDE Linux - Using Dolphin flatpak, the terminalm panel does not follow the file
browser window location
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open Dolphin
2. Open a terminal panel with F4
3. Navigate the file manager to different directories.
OBSERVED RESULT
The terminal opens to the user $HOME, even if Dolphin is located elsewhere.
The terminal stays at $HOME when the Dolphin window is in a different
directory, and does not change directories with the file browser.
EXPECTED RESULT
The terminal panel should follow the file browser.
