[dolphin] [Bug 484018] KDE Plasma in Wayland does not support Drag and Drop operations from Dolphin to Chromium (and Firefox).

No problems dropping a file from Thunar to Slack, but Dolphin doesn't work. After trying with Dolphin, I had to close the window and open a new one to allow DnD again.
