[dolphin] [Bug 500265] half screen view hides location bar initially

Thanks for the screenshots, they clearly show the problem
I'm assuming you're using an X11 session, since Wayland is currently unable to
save window positions?

Note from the screenshots:
- Dolphin Settings - interface - Status & Location bars - "Make location
editable" is enabled
- There is a different icon set than Breeze in use, it's also not Oxygen

I re-tested with git-master and Neon Testing on X11. I was still unable to
reproduce, even with making Dolphin half screen exiting it, and re-starting it.
It was still half-screen, and showed the location bar.


What's the name of the icon theme you're using? While it may not be likely to
be the cause of the issue, I want to test with the same icon set. Thanks.
