Hi, I would like to make a small feature request for Dolphin which I find very
useful for sorting files when I used to have macOS. 

I use to read a lot, so when I finished a book in macOS I marked it with a
green tag and the ones I didn't finish I marked with a red tag and having the
visual help helped me a lot. 

In Plasma I have tried using the tags but they don't show any visual help and
it almost looks like I didn't put a tag until I see the properties of the file
I added it to. 

I would find it very useful to add this feature to Dolphin, it seems to me an
extremely useful tool.

P.S. This is my first time on this platform and so I hope I wrote in the right
