Use offscreen platform plugin for thumbnailers

Some thumbnailer plugins can cause spurious windows to appear (see referenced
bugreport for an example).
This can be disruptive when viewing a directory with many html files in
Dolphin.
The proposed solution is to use offscreen platform abstraction plugin for all
thumbnailers.
